Professional Company. They get the job done above expectations. ****** is a great guy to work with and he sicks to his word until the whole job is completed. 5 stars in my book.
Initially was denied by insurance on my roof and gutters for hail damage although it was definitely damaged. ****** came out after working hours and did an inspection, and had me approved within 3 weeks. Once approved his crew moved swiftly and got the job done quick. He always answered my questions swiftly and explained it all with great detail. 10/10 would recommend having ****** and Provident Restoration work on your home.
Everyone throughout the process was very helpful and friendly. I was always kept in the loop of what to expect and truly felt like I could contact them with any questions. I feel like they went above and beyond with anything I wanted looked at on my house. I would be more than happy to work with them in the future!
