While Dr. Osborne is nice, the office is horrible. I called 6 times for another prescription, and issues with PPD and never heard back. They promise to call back, but will not even send a message through. I did not want to switch to Candler, but I had to in order to get care and they are much nicer and always respond.

THESE PEOPLE ARE INCOMPETENT . THEYVE MADE THE SAME EXACT MISTAKE 3 DIFFERENT OCASSIONS NOW. I HAD SURGERY THIS WEEK AND ASKED FOR MY PAIN MED TRAMADOL TO BE SENT AND COME TO FIND OUT ONCE AGAIN THEY SENT THE WRONG MED-TRAZADONE!! TWO COMPLETELY DIFFERENT MEDICATIONS SPELLED DIFFERENTLY AND USE IS NOT THE SAME. NOW ITS THE WEEKEND AND NO ONE CAN PRESCRIBE MY PAIN MEDS UNTIL MONDAY. I started seeing Dr Osborn when I moved to Savannah. He is friendly enough, however I saw him four times over th summer of 2019 for what he said was a yeast infection, until he decided it was a mystery and just prescribed me steroids, and side stepped my request for a second opinion Eventually I got up the courage to ask another doctor, who easily diagnosed my issue after one test and got me fixed up no problem.
