Went in for assistance with 3 watches. Dani couldn’t be more friendly and professional. While waiting for my service to be completed, I had the opportunity to see the beautiful selection of unique fine jewelry- quality and styles you don’t find in mall stores. All I can say is that for stunning gems and jewelry as well as genuinely kind service, skip the malls and go for the good stuff and the good people at Provident.
This place is top notch. Amazed when I walked in. Great service and great prices. You can tell they really love their customers. I LOVE my new watch.
I arrived at the Wellington, FL Provident location to ask for assistance about watch battery replacement based on a neighbor's recommendation. I met with Dani, & the professionalism with immediate attention I received was fantastic. Dani was able to help me right then, & I was able to get all 3 watches working again! I will be back to this location for future assistance with all my jewelry needs! Thanks Provident/Dani! I went back in months later to get assistance & Alex was also outstanding. I took a Tag for battery change here. They didn't charge me. I guess a Tag is worthless garbage compared to the stuff they sell in there; Rolex, Omega, Hublot, RM. Haha, well played.
The lovely Ladies were so accommodating… as soon as I walked in the Door!!! 😻 Two separate times … two different ones … BOTH exceptional!
