Offered my girlfriend $250 for 6.5 grams of 14k solid gold is diabolical. Offering 40% of the melt value for a nice bracelet isn’t right. Taking advantage of people who don’t know the value of gold is wrong. Any other pawn shop or smelting facility offer 80-90% without question which is fair. Be fair with customers and you will have returning business.

I took my damaged ring to Provident Jewelry in Wellington to see if it could be repaired. Christine took it into the back room and came out with it a few minutes later and it looked perfect! I asked her the cost to repair it and she said, “Nothing, it was an easy fix.” I am so grateful to her as the ring means so much to me. I am so happy I walked into Provident Jewelry that day.

Provident Jewlery helped my husband pick the perfect engagement ring for me years ago. Since then I have upgraded my engagement band and wedding band with provident. Their attention to detail is always fantastic. I have also had my ring cleaned and repaired at the store, and it always comes out looking amazing. I recommend this store, 10/10!
