At 86 now selling jewelery purchased from provident jewellers 20 years ago! Beware it is all crap! You will get peanuts for your jewellery! I thought we were friends particularly Scott stay away from them shysters!

Do not go! They rip you off! Julie would not let go of my bracelet that I had on consignment and I wanted it back. She almost broke my bracelet because she would not let me see MY bracelet until she took the price tag off. I already saw the price that they were selling my my necklace that I had on consignment for. They were attempting to make $8000.00 off of my jewelry. For those looking to have Provident repair or service their cherished items, think twice! Go to a professional and qualified shop. Late 2017 I asked their Fort Myers shop to service my Hublot Big Bang, they obliged telling me that they had authorised Hublot status. My watch was allegedly serviced and upon receipt of the watch back it was returned to me damaged. It has never worked correctly since. BUYER BEWARE!! I visited Jacob Kodner, of Provident Jewelry. I purchased a $4900 Wedding band set. A few weeks later, I noticed my finger turning green. My husband then had it appraised and found out it was worthless. We went back to him and totally denied the claim. Says we are faking and switched it. ( my race is black) BUYER BEWARE!!!!

BEST STORE IN PALM BEACH COUNTY!!!! I went to Provident Jewelry on Indiantown Rd in Jupiter and thought I was on 5th avenue in New York. The Selection of diamonds was insane! Provident explained how they buy through the estate market and can give great deals. Being skeptical as I am, I had shopped around and couldn't believe their prices. HORRIBLE Customer Service/ UNprofessional Staff. Gloified Pawn Shop HORRIBLE Customer Service. Staff acted Stuck up. Their commercial states they will give profesional discreet information on any jewelry item. What they do is give you a verbal PAWN Shop style low ball amount. Dont waste your time going there. ITs nothing more than dressed up Pawn Shop.
