I was told to go to the buyer building to have some blood drawn for a test. I get over there and the Registration people were talking amongst themselves and not even taken care of customers…. Then I sat down they said well we’re gonna give you a text one to come back here in a minute Instead of taking care of me right then and there they have a system that is not efficient. They will waste 15 minutes of your time!
Since Lutheran shut down all the labs in different doctors' offices around town the beyer bldg is ridiculously busy. I waited over 3 hours for a blood draw that took 5 minutes tops. Hey Lutheran give the doctors back at least some of the labs in office. And please shorten the check in process, we are not having surgery in the beyer bldg, just testing.
Please update your front doors to automatic for all the elderly people they have a hard time opening, and they are heavy for them. This location is fast and clean. Never had any issues with the lab .
Had some lab work done and Wendy is always the best. She is always quick and pokes are painless.
