I would refrain from going here at all, it’s worth driving somewhere else. The window person today for imaging was sitting in a back office I stood there waiting for quite a bit nobody in sight. Eventually had to walk around and ask if they were open she looked at me and said yeah. She was not friendly at ALL, very poor service, and should definitely not be the front person someone sees when they walk in. I love getting lab work done here! I wish LabCorp didn't buy them out!!! 😔 Rachel at check-in is so nice, and Wendy is very gentle with the needle. I barely felt it! At this point in my, so far 15 year, transplant journey Beyer Center is basically like family!😂

I was told to go to the buyer building to have some blood drawn for a test. I get over there and the Registration people were talking amongst themselves and not even taken care of customers…. Then I sat down they said well we’re gonna give you a text one to come back here in a minute Instead of taking care of me right then and there they have a system that is not efficient. They will waste 15 minutes of your time!
Since Lutheran shut down all the labs in different doctors' offices around town the beyer bldg is ridiculously busy. I waited over 3 hours for a blood draw that took 5 minutes tops. Hey Lutheran give the doctors back at least some of the labs in office. And please shorten the check in process, we are not having surgery in the beyer bldg, just testing.
