Do not even try this lender. They try very hard to nitpick in your documents and delay the process, so that your locked interest rate will expire. As an example, they requested very tiny updates to my homeowners insurance documents at least 5 times. And they won’t let you know all the requirements at once, I had to call insurance again and again. And every time I got an update from insurance, the lender would wait at least a day to get back.
