This office has been great. I've been there almost 3 years now and never sat in the waiting area more than 15 mins tops. Never sat in the room waiting on the doctor more than 5 mins. They do lab tests right there and called me back by the evening with results. Super nice people. Especially Dr. Remington. He always went over and above to explain illnesses with me. I liked the time he spent on making sure I was comfortable with any meds he was prescribing.

Avoid this office. It's impossible to get a same day appointment. Expect at least 3 days to get in for a doctor's visit. One time I sat for more than 2 hours in the waiting room and only to find out that they forgot to put me on the waiting list. Recently, I called for an appointment and got their answering system. Nurse called back when I was out and said that I had to call back by 4:30pm because they "turn the phones off". The nurse had called me less than 10 minutes before 4:30pm. The first time we visited this doctor she made many comments about my daughter being the one "in charge" in our household. She had never met us before and continued to make me feel like I was a terrible mother through the entire visit. We were not going to her for a behavioral issue the issue was totally medical and she felt the need to critique my parenting as well. She may be a good doctor but I will be looking for a new pediatrition because bedside manner is just as important as education and training!
