I do most of my banking online, but was in the areas and decided to visit the Folsom branch. I was helped by the nicest person, Eric. He was so helpful, patient, and friendly. I forgot to bring the needed paperwork. He offered to print them and helped verify account info I couldn’t find on the provident app. He helped me get everything done and explained what to expect next. It reinforces why I bank with provident. Their customer service is the best! Thanks Eric!
