I've been a member for ten plus years. The staff have always been super friendly, but their technology and systems are terrible. You can deposit money, just never get it out without a visit to a branch. Feels criminal at this point. A. I tried to link my checking account to my savings account at another bank, so that I could transfer money. I get a pop-up 'Please return in 2-3 days to verify this account'... Came at 9:10 am to do a wire transfer for a purchase on a house that needed to close today. I was told wires were sent no later than 1pm. When I asked for a confirmation number, I was told "they dont do confirmation numbers". A little weird when you're sending a large amount of money but okay. What really put the cherry on top is by 2pm the money still wasn't sent. So I call the 1800 number where they inform me that they dont have to send any money until 330 pm.
