I used to love the Alameda branch but the current employees there are insensitive to the members needs. I arrived to the branch 45 mins prior to the time they close and 1) wasn’t greeted properly- by the latin male teller 2) then told I couldn’t be helped because the “manager” said the customer she was working with would take too long and she didn’t want to work after 4. For the past 10 plus years I have been very happy with Provident Credit Union. In the last few months so disappointed. Staff doesn’t care, ATM doesn’t work and for a new debit card for myself and my Son I need to Oakland and not enough tellers!
