I have had a check for 6 weeks and have tried numerous times to deposit it remotely. Their tech is so bad that they have had an issue with remote deposits for almost two months and have not solved it! This does not happen in 2025 anywheee else I know of!
Hayward location is better to work with, for some reason this location always has issues.

Provident Credit Union sends out misleading mailings offering to lower car payments based on being able to offer a lower interest rate, knowing your current payment and providing a lower estimated payment based on interest rate reductions. Who wouldn't want to save $200 or more a month by refinancing? My vehicle, purchased new a year and a half ago with 21,000 miles on it currently, with the better trim options, would seem a great candidate, as would I, with my credit, income, and payment history.
