I scheduled an appointment with Ms. Razaleen and was a bit nervous going in since it was my first time opening a bank account on my own. I used to love the Alameda branch but the current employees there are insensitive to the members needs. I arrived to the branch 45 mins prior to the time they close and 1) wasn’t greeted properly- by the latin male teller 2) then told I couldn’t be helped because the “manager” said the customer she was working with would take too long and she didn’t want to work after 4.
