If you enjoy substandard care for your loved one, this is the place to service you. Anytime a caregiver didn't show up and the agency never answered the phone when I called to find out why-------to date, not a word from them....THEY COULD CARE LESS ABOUT PEOPLE! I should've followed my first mind, I didn't have a good feeling about this place to begin with but the Jennifer swore this caregiver was awesome...and perhaps she is, we just have a different definition of AWESOME!
Second time using Provident. Was very happy with the last caregiver, and was sad to find out she was not available. However, the new caregiver, Neya, has a great personality, radiates positive energy and that’s a great fit for my mother. I also enjoy working with Jennifer. Makes things easy and that’s appreciated. It is a good thing to see my mom interacting with her and having more fun and companionship. Would definitely recommend Provident when you need help caring for your loved ones.
Jennifer was wonderful. She kept me informed and always...always answered my questions immediately even on weekends, early mornings,etc. We lived a couple hours away from my mother in law and it was nice knowing she was in good hands. Thanks Jennifer!
