I always liked going to my Provident branch. It was usually after I had to go to Bank of America, Wells Fargo and Washington Mutual and waiting in long lines. It was refreshing the last bank on my trip there was no line. I should have asked myself why wasn't there a line. They will nickel and dime you over the major banks. Online banking for businesses is free with Citibank and Bank of America, yet an additional charge with Provident. With Citibank if you have a Business account your personal account is free.
