I'm happy with my home but I recently discovered a light that wasn't centered over the bathroom sink was resolved by installing a junction box leaving me with the inability to replace the light fixture. The junction box can't be covered by drywall and Provident won't repair it under warranty even though I've only lived in the home a few months.
