I'm happy with my home but I recently discovered a light that wasn't centered over the bathroom sink was resolved by installing a junction box leaving me with the inability to replace the light fixture. The junction box can't be covered by drywall and Provident won't repair it under warranty even though I've only lived in the home a few months. My home is the 7th built with the exact same floor plan so it bothers me that it wasn't placed properly and the "fix" has left me stuck with a contractors light that I don't particula... read more
