The doctors and nurses are awesome! However, the customer service is disappointing. I've been transferred multiple times for a simple account update, and it seems like no one on the phone really cares. They try to transfer you if they find you to be a hassle.

Only way to schedule for most appointments is through their call center, which is atrocious and unprofessional. The scheduler kept asking me personal questions unrelated to my insurance or medical history, even when I kept insisting that I would like to decline answering. After asking on 3 separate occasions whether answering these questions was mandatory or not, the scheduler got curt and finally confirmed that no, they are NOT mandatory.
