Pack a lunch. I had an appointment at 10:00 for annual mammogram and ultrasound. I was told to arrive at 9:30. At 10:30 I asked the receptionist how much longer I'd have to wait. She said there were 3 people ahead of me! This place is ridiculous!
Walking in for my early appt and seeing 18 patients already in the waiting room made me gasp upon entering. I assumed the wait was going to be long. I pre-registered (online), and my wait was less than an hour for my ultra-sound. Courteous and prompt front receptionists, clean waiting area was a plus. My ultrasound tech was Eugenia and I found her demeanor very pleasant and comforting. My appointment was quick and pain free. Truly recommend this place.
When trying to make an appointment they Never answer and when they do and and when transferring your call will leave you on hold or just hang up. They will not call back “when your call has been saved in the order received “
Words are inadequate for the amazing job these ladies do every day. Their attention to detail and concern for women’s health is why I’ll always keep going back. Thanks for all you do!
