Not super happy with the care I've received over the years. The most concerning is that they don't carry IUD's in house so some insurances won't cover them since they are special ordered through the pharmacy rather than covered as preventative care. Children aren't allowed in office either, which is pretty odd for a practice that primarily services women who likely have children. I would look elsewhere for care.
DR MALHOTRA WAS KIND BUT UNFORTUNATELY HER AND HER MEDICAL ASSISTANT WERE NOT NOTING MY VISITS PROPERLY AND I DONT KNOW IF HER MEDICAL ASSISTANT JUST DOESNT HAVE THE PROPER EXPERIENCE BUT THEY DID NOT PROPERLY FILL OUT PAPERWORK FROM MY EMPLOYER WHICH RESULTED IN MY JOB DENYING MY TIME OUT OF THE OFFICE THAT THE DR APPROVED BUT DID NOT FILL OUT PAPERWORK PROPERLY LEADING TO ME A SINGLE MOM BEING LEFT WITHOUT PAY FOR A MONTH. Great people and great atmosphere! Everyone is always so nice. The only downside is they don't allow you to bring your kids, but other than that, I highly recommend!
Horrible experience here- save yourself the headache. The practitioner didn’t address any of my concerns and when I switched offices, they made me jump through hoops to get my medical records sent to the new doctor. They lost my paperwork that I came in person to fill out to get my records sent, but claim they already sent it to the new doctor. Surprise surprise the new doctor doesn’t have it. Overall this clinic was…. Okay. The staff and doctors are pretty cold and impersonal and you’re never really told much about anything. Got a Pap smear done and heard nothing about it afterwards (if everything was fine or not), I was not told I had a bad UTI and had to accidentally find out by visiting an Emergency Room for a different reason.
