echoing the sentiments of other reviews, i’d love to give this place 0 stars. save yourself some time and headache and do not bother with these doctors. they do not care about you. at 8 weeks pregnant, i called the after hours on-call line with an urgent concern. i was told the doctor would call me back in 45 minutes. i waited 24 HOURS and still no callback. if you’re less than 10 weeks along, you don’t exist to them. go to Optum or the Everett Hospital women’s center instead.
Do not recommended. Extreme lack of professionalism. Will NEVER go through this office ever again. Extremely disappointed with the “ care “ i received.
If I could give this location zero stars trust me I would. Please other ladies out there save yourself the trouble and find another provider. My doctor recommended me to call and try to set up an appointment. I called and I was just explaining what I was calling for. As I was still talking the lady rudely interrupted me and was almost annoyed that I was just simply talking. I felt as if I could explain myself, which is simply not okay!
