I wasn't there in person but I called to check in on a family member and they were very nice to me and seem to be taking great care of my family member
This hospital emegergency waiting room is ridiculous. I waited 2 hours in a wheelchair in pain. They told me they can't give me pain meds till I get a room. I had been waiting for a room for 2 hours. I signed myself out and went to the tualatin hospital 19300 SW 65th Ave, Tualatin, OR 97062 Is a better emergency hospital.
Terrible Service, Terrible Doctors, Terrible everything. I don’t even know how this place is open they don’t care about helping people.
"Doctor will be in in 30-40 min." That was at 0100. It is now 0400 and we haven't so much as seen a damn nurse come back in to check. AND, the bed has blood splatter from a previous patient...the nurse that walked us in here at 0100 confirmed it was blood and said, "Huh, oops." Apparently there is only one doc on duty for the ER. Wtf? All the nurses are playing on their damn phones. This is bs. Shame on you ER.
I would NOT trust them with a minor issue let alone a major one.
