I have been trying to make an appointment with imaging for 2 days now. I still have not been able to make an appointment because I never got called back.
I will not have imaging here again. There is a radiologist that has zero bedside manner and was very insensitive telling me that I had breast cancer.
I’ve been there three times over the last couple years for imaging. They are extremely Professional and caring. Communication is excellent. They’re very efficient and twice I actually got in earlier than my scheduled appointment. One time I waited 10 minutes.
2.5 hour wait time on the phone to schedule an appointment! Requested call back, over 5 hours later, no call back yet. If you have a choice, consider someplace else.
