I went on August 28th, saw Katrina, set up an appt for today Sept 18th, and a followup with surgeon on Dec 4th. Went in today, checked in. They had a cancelation and now I see surgeon Dr Dahl on October 9th. Then had the test and Deborah who administered the test was great. So far waiting 8 months to be seen is working out
I am altering this review. After now visiting two more MDs, following through with PT and another urogynecologist, it was determined that Taryn Knight's findings were completely inaccurate. So not only did I waste my time and go through * all * of their BS, but they are also a huge waste of money. I saw Taryn, the PA for Dr. Hammill. I saw Taryn, the PA for Dr. Hammill. She was exceptionally friendly, interested and patient. And that's where the good experience stopped. 1. It's Spokane, so this is not a real knock against them, but the place feels awful, outdated, dirty and like a prison. It didn't help that there was food all over the reception floor and no one had bothered to clean it up. 2.. The PA used AI transcribing. rude customer service... interrupts... doesn't care about patient concerns just wants to get us off the phone. i had a cyst grow in one of my ovaries so large that i ended up having my ovary removed and now i have another cyst in my remaining ovary that will certainly be compromised if providence does not move with urgency. reading the other comments it seems they are arent in a rush for anyone. i dont know or really care what the issue is with that but something needs to be figured out. i dont know what it is with these spo... read more
