Dr. Hammil I was scheduled for a surgery. Tried to get in for a pre-op appointment with her multiple times and it never panned out, mostly because they didn’t call me back. Went in for surgery, they put me under with anesthesia woke me up, and I never had the surgery because she didn’t feel comfortable, claiming that I had mesh which I don’t have. Has not talked to me since then. I have called her office multiple times. And I’ve now gone two days since my surgery day without any communication from the surgeon.
Incompetent staff answering the phones! Extremely rude and unprofessional. Just want to rush you off the phone, interrupt you and act like you’re inconveniencing them. They need a serious lesson on how to treat people with basic respect. The customer service/patient care is deplorable. Zero professionalism!!!
Dr. Laura Denman and Kate were on-time, considerate, gentle, and highly informative. I was apprehensive but quickly became confident in their care. Dr. Denman explained my diagnosis and my treatment options. She answered my questions in a kind respectful manner. Scheduling the next step in my treatment plan was handled very efficiently by Kallie. I strongly recommend Dr. Laura Denman.
I saw Dr. Doll for a second opinion on a procedure I was questioning. She was pleasant, professional, knowledgeable and thorough, and communicated in words I could understand. I felt confident about the decision I would have to make. Thanks, Providence, for excellent doctors and great care.
