I would ALSO put a ZERO if I could! I am my dad’s main contact and referral was sent out in July. Hadn’t heard from them until I called 10/27. Said they were reviewing referrals from end of June. My dad’s was URGENT! Lady said she would get a message over to the referral team. Long story short. He was denied because he was not open card, when insurance had already approved it. I’m waiting to get scheduled for surgery which is taking quite awhile. Normally, they don’t call to schedule your surgery for 3 months from when you meet with the surgeon. However, they currently only have one surgeon so they’re scheduling 4 months out. I’ve never had to wait so long for a surgery and it is frustrating because I’m uncomfortable. I believe they’re the only Urogynocology in the valley so they’re super busy and I do understand. That would be the only negative. They were quick with the tests and diagnosis which ... read more

One of the front desk staff, I’m pretty sure she said her name was Saren. SHE is the reason I’m rating 5 stars. She got me help asap, made me feel heard and conveyed a sense of urgency that I really appreciated. Since they close earlier on Friday’s i was facing the possibility of not getting treatment before the weekend But thankfully I have been addressed and don’t have to deal with going to a walk in this weekend or any emergency room visits!
