The staff is professional, respectful, and clearly cares about the people they serve. It’s encouraging to see a place where kindness, support, and hope are such an important part of the environment. This place has been a terrible experience for our family. Don't believe anything they tell you at intake. They'll say whatever will get you to sign up with them and not follow through on what they tell you. The only reason my husband is staying sober is because he's on medication for drinking. I'm certain he would be drinking otherwise and I'm not 100% sure he is sober. He's emotionally abusive towards me and he's okay having no relationship with his children.
