Terrible experience. Held several days NPO waiting for surgery. Nursing staff was severely lacking. Their skills were subpar. Medical equipment alarms were ignored up to 1/2 - 45 min. Before being checked. Staff requested I urinate in the bed rather than getting me to the toilet me out of bed and to the toilet. There was more, but I'm out of space.
Very disappointed I am in regards to the lack of care and also the willingness of the doctor to really listen to what you're saying. A doctor showing more care over some of the patients than is shown others. That has been my experience. My primary care doctor had been at the Swedish clinic and I really loved and appreciated the care that she gave. She had been my doctor for more than 10 years however she is no longer there and I now another doctor. I truly feel that I am not given the same consideration as an individual as i... read more
Dr Estacio failed to inform me of changes to my medication needs, he failed to review chart notes thoroughly, he failed at considering other medical impacts. He is a zero!😡
