Providence Surgery Center and Dr Maryniw are amazing, and provided tons of information with my finger surgery. Alish and team provided a comfortable environment for my family and I the whole time I was back for surgery. Great team, great environment. Thank you guys!
The center is great. The payment/billing area needs work. They made me pay my estimated balance before surgery and then sent me a refund check. I paid the payment from my HSA so the refund should have gone back on my HSA card but they said that is not their process. I feel like if you pay on any type of card, the refund should go back on the card - especially if it is an HSA. Not happy.
Easiest first surgery experience I could’ve ever had. Everyone was so nice and friendly and made me very comfortable even though I was extremely anxious. Dr Morgan did a great job explaining everything as well and the take home packets and instructions were way to understand.
My surgeon was great. But who ever did the cast and wrap for my arm was awful the edges were jagged and poking into my arm on all the edges, they used way to much plaster so it was way to heavy, the wrap was way to tight and caused even more pain. The Anesthesiologist did not give me enough info on what or how much I should eat it actually said return to normal diet. which caused me to become Impacted which caused me 2 days of intense Intestinal pain. VERY UPSET 😡
