Constantly not making sure my 8 month old baby’s prescription is ready in time, also ‘Duty doctor’ wrongly diagnosed her with croup when she has tonsillitis.
From the minute I walked in I had great experience. Reception team was helpful and friendly. Big shout out to the lovely Lara who went the extra mile with a cheerful smile. Went in to see my doctor quickly. Blood test was ordered and done immediately by the lovely Carol who worked her magic, I'm petrified of needles, without me feeling a thing. Thank you ladies, you made my visit a very positive experience.
Very hard to get an appointment via phone and very long waiting time to reach the reception. After online appointment request/ e-consult the best what they can offer is a phone call with a random doctor in a random time. Even though if I specifically request an afternoon phone call from the GP for after 4pm, they call me in such a non sense time as at midday. Terrible experience of the incompetency of the Reception people. Just recently in one specific case I had 4 different excuses from the Receptionists in 4 different days... read more
Terrible GP surgery, telling patient they may have cancer without firm prove. Asking patient to stop important antihypertensive medications for possible side effects that's not listed in the drug information sheet without any plan to follow up. One of the Doctor can even read X ray
