Very good service especially Dr gupta, she is very kind and caring
I have tried extremely hard to advocate for myself at this surgery and the reception staff continuously respond with a lack of care. I'm training in an allied health profession myself and know the importance of courtesy, respect, and patient-centred care. The communication with reception has been increasingly confusing and when I have tried to resolve this, and calmly expressed how challenging it has been for me, they refuse to acknowledge any issue or extend any compassion. This is the best practice within Bournemouth and in my opinion one of the best GPs I have ever had. The receptionists are efficient and friendly . The care and dedication from the GPs who work here is excellent , with particular thanks to a Dr. MN’M who is a highly skilled doctor and extremely caring. I have had several health issues which have been resolved by him and on occasions some of the other GPs within the practice.
