Was told if my roommates and I paid the security deposit we would secure the unit. The next thing we know they gave the unit away to another group that hasn’t paid but could move in a couple days earlier than us. Super sketchy and they don’t keep their word!!! Do not rent from them!!!!
I'm sure this company is fine for people who don't care about their rights as renters, or maybe don't know their rights or who don't pay their own rent. Most people expect that the company they rent from to hire people who actually understand rental// landlord & tenant law. And, maybe PSL does, but I prefer to think they don't; because if they do have a grasp on the law that means they aren't ignorant but are actually just another callous, exploitative rental company. These people either completely ignore maintenance requests, or say they'll get on it and leave you waiting for months. The floor in our apartment is sagging, and has been for months. Every request has been either ignored, or answered with an empty promise. We are considering contacting a lawyer by this point, since showering in our bathroom has become potentially dangerous due to the floor. I'm really not surprised that they're trying to cover their tracks by adding fake 5 star reviews on Google.
