I had an EMG test done here which isn't the funnest test but I don't blame them for that, there was some discomfort involved. The doctor put in an effort to distract me with small talk and he was very good at explaining the process and what he was looking at. I got my results right then and there. The scheduler, the front desk girl and the medical assistant who roomed me were all very nice. One thing that was a bit of a put off is apparently they have a very strict late policy. Drove 2 hrs here, got a baby sitter this was for my wife’s appointment she waited in line for 2 minutes they said they could no longer take her as she was now one minute late. The woman at the desk said she had to reschedule we decided not to. They changed my wife’s chart to say we now missed two appointment even though the last one was actually canceled ahead of time. This place is not for decent people. We will look elsewhere.

My appointment was at 10:40, I arrived at 10:38 and waited in line to check in. I checked in at 10:41, I was turned away for being late after driving from colville... absolutely ridiculous the lack of communication.... will find somewhere else to go where the patient matters...

Had a nerve conduction test here yesterday by a resident physician. He and other staff were kind. The test itself was extremely painful though. Dr. Black came in to assist the resident, had not looked in my medical history and told me I would be sore like from a workout after. Not only was the test excruciating, but afterwards I was in so much pain that I couldn't use my arm for several hours. It is the next day and my arm still hurts about a 6 out of 10. Literally feels like torture and would never do this again.
