Earlier this year I dislocated my shoulder. The ER team has a great knowledge base. Now, later in the same year I am back with knee pain. Once again the team is great. Seems like they all know what they need to do, and what the others need to - this creates a seamless medical experience. I know they may not be able to fix me up totally in one visit, so they communicated to me what the next steps may be for my condition. Thank you Polson St. Joseph’s Providence.
I was helped right away. The nurse went over my chart with everything that was ailing me . The came and checked my ears throat. And My lungs sent me on my way with hey anabiotic for a sinus infection.
Everything very thorough and still in and out in a reasonable about of time. Front desk, nurse, and provider I saw listened and didn’t over complicate things.
