I waited 45 minutes past my appointment time to be seen. Otherwise it was a satisfactory experience.
Went in for annual physical. Dr. Winter was both knowledgeable with great bedside manner. In addition, Kim in the lab (for bloodwork) was friendly and didn't feel a thing from the needle. Fyi, I have huge fear of them and she put me at ease from the start.
I have never been treated so worthless
The staff are friendly but I came here to get blood drawn and certain tests done for my job and after 3 separate blood draws, 2 of which were the wrong test other than what I requested and a 3rd time my blood was placed in the wrong tube and was useless. This has wasted so much time that my job has put a hold on me due to not receiving the results and it is 100% the fault of this office.
