I have only ever had good experiences here! Dr. Olds has been such a blessing to our family. My young daughter trusts him and has had two surgeries with him as well as check ups. All the staff has been very helpful and kind. I highly recommend Spokane ENT.

I’d 100% give zero reviews if I could. David G. Stoddard, MD is the doctor my sister sees. He refused to see her on the 27th as the on call doctor at Holy Family ER. I called the office he works at and his team refused to help her be seen because to him it wasn’t an “emergency situation”.. I was told she should go back to the ER if in any more pain. Update: I would give them negative stars if I could. Had surgery with dr. Mckee yesterday and I called the office a couple times (talked to the medic assistant twice) and every single person I talked to was very rude. His medical assistant told me that I was rude (or unprofessional, I can't remember which one she said because I was having a panic attack) to call so many times in one day because they had stuff they needed to do and she was going to get off of the phone with me because she had to go to one of the doctors.
