This place is a joke and Linda the CEO thinks she can feed the patients her Bull Crap of being able to go to work and get hugs from our kids when she is the worst lier of them all! my child dosent need a hug it, she needs treatment. Dont come here this place lies to the public about everything even employees leave because of the bull crap. Horrible Clinic – I did observations here as a student. I observed that they don't give a crap about their clients. They do a lousy job of treating clients and managing behavior. I saw the same lesson plan done over and over and over and OVER again with every client. They do not make their therapy client specific. The staff is very rude and does not treat anyone with respect. Myrna has a stick up her ass. Do not deal with her if you can avoid it.

Toddler Friendly I was referred to Providence through the Regional Center of Orange County for my toddler. The audiologist place my daughter and I in a sound booth to test her hearing. She was not scared of the equipment that they placed in her ears. The staff are very nice and willing to answer any questions you may have.

Trying to find a parking space can be a bit tedious since St. Joseph's Hospital is across the street.

Do not recommend! Took 4 months to get evaluation for my 3 yr old speech delay. Once the evaluation was in they never called me or sent it. I had to call them. When I called to schedule the therapy sessions I was told my daughter would be on a 6 month waiting list. Excuse me! My daughter was diagnosed with a severe speech delay and now they want to delay it longer. No way. I went to Newport Speech and they are GREAT!

PSHC is the BEST! PSHC is fantastic! They were extremely friendly and always accomodating and helpful. Somtimes the wait time was a assle, but other than that, it was great! Because of PSHC there have been dramatic improvements and I am so thankful that I chose Providence first!

yuck I hate Providence. After 3 years of dealing with rude employees, high turnover with audiologists, and every appointment starting late (and by late I mean 30+ mins). My warrenty on my aids was up-and I moved on. Thankfully!

THANK YOU PSHC! – I absolutely LOVED my experiences and my ecounters at PSHC! The staff was amazing and really treated me like family. Yes, the wait can sometimes be a hassle, but it has been well worth it! The results have been life-changing and I couldn't have had this much success without them! Thank you PSHC!!!
