I am grateful that I didn't let reviews influence my decision when choosing this facility. Over the past 6 months, my 5-year-old autistic son has been undergoing speech therapy twice a week, and for the last 3 months, he has been participating in occupational therapy once a week. Extremely unorganized staff. The speech therapists here are not the issue, especially Ms. Le eta she's amazing. But the finance department and scheduling department are a MESS. First day there 10 minutes out of my daughter's 25 minute appointment got interrupted because they double booked. Now that my daughter has been in therapy for almost two months, finance/insurance department tell me they Never received authorization from insurance for her to be there. How they allowed her to be there for almost two months makes NO SENS... read more
Staff very rude, unprofessional…
These are the hardest ppl to get in contact with! On hold for almost 45 min. Staff is very rude and unprofessional. I’ll go someplace else.
