Great staff and doctors who truly care about their patients. They are knowledgeable and make sure you are taken care of. They communicated well with my Apria rep and got me taken care of. Everything ran smootly,
Whoever is the reception for Veronica the most condescending and difficult to engage with person I have ever spoken to. The office refused to give me her name (no surprise) but she was obviously older by her tone of voice. If I could see Veronica without dealing with this receptionist I would be more inclined to call and schedule. PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT PROVIDENCE HIRES DEI PROVIDERS. THEY DID NOT EARN IT BASED ON MERIT. THEY'VE BEEN REPORTED TO DEPT OF HEALTH. PLEASE BEWARE.
I already had a nighttime and daytime (MSLT) sleep study completed at St. Luke's Rehab Hospital. It was ordered by the VA through community care. However, I was never permitted to go over my sleep study results with a sleep doctor at the VA or through the community care referral at St. Luke's.
