Doctor minimized problems and was condescending
After waiting over a year for an appointment and and 2 more months for treatment I was turned away when I was 10 minutes late trying to find their location at one of the many Providence locations on Nevada street.
I have a speech disorder (Spasmodic Dysphonia). Dr Howard was very patient with me and explained everything very well.
Sincerely feel like I was dismissed with no help, I drove over 40 min to arrive at this office early, waited in the lobby for far too long. Only to be told there was nothing they could do since I said I have high anxiety, so no sleep study? No sleep therapy or anything? My insomnia could be the reason for my high anxiety, but without willing to do any further testing, I’ll never know. Doesn’t deny I have insomnia, but flat out tells me there’s nothing we can do…?
