I’m giving them 3 stars because it would have been nice to have know when scheduling the home sleep test that there was a glitch in the system with the results not loading onto MyChart especially when the doctor who ordered the test isn’t with Providence. I like to see the results when they are in MyChart that way you can follow along when doctor is following up with you or make sure doctor is being truthful.
What started out as a terrible experience that resulted in me calling and involving the CEO of Providence Milwaukie Hospital turned into a five star experience at the end. I know, you're asking yourselves, "Wait, you had to involve the CEO and you're giving them five stars???" I feel that we're all human and it's about how things are made right more than what went wrong.
