GO ELSEWHERE!!! Management is horrible! Constant no call no shows. Some of the aids are nice some are horrible!!! When theres a problem with an aid theres nothing done. They even try to send the aid out that is abusive and /lazy. They sit around talking on the phone, sleeping or watching tv. The management is completely clueless. If the state doesn't shut her down the lawsuits will!
I have been working with Providence Senior Care for over a year now. First with both my parents and now with just my mom. I am grateful for the excellent job!!! They are always willing to work with us no matter what we need. Great job Providence Senior Care!!! Thank you!
