Our Time in the care.of this beautiful, amazing crew if Doctors and nurses was the best I experienced in my 73 years..I've had .any surgeries,.with some scary events..not so here..just perfection in motion..live that care..it's a beautiful.thing,Thank you..Dr Slot..was so great had me in the know..wonderful man,nurse Lea, wonderful handsome young man with a new baby on the way..over top
Great staff. I came on vacation from Miami, and got really sick two days into it at the beach. Dr. Holladay was incredible, as were the nurses. I’m back on my feet after the worst cold/flu I’ve ever remember having. Thank you.
Today I had a great meeting with my dietician but I found out she did not get an email I sent her with dietary information. It came back with the word (external) on it. I took that to mean maybe they are not allowed to receive external emails. So, I tried sending it to the email she gave me and it was returned again. Then I tried to call and leave her a voicemail that her email was inoperable or ask for a call back to check the spelling. THERE IS NO WAY TO LEAVE ANYONE A VOICEMAIL MESSAGE AT PROVIDENCE HOSPITAL. The staff in The ER were absolutely amazing Natasha my nurse who worked the night shift was a rock star, the Doctor Dr. Blackthorne most compassionate doctor I have come across in years.. Thank you so much Providence ER staff, made an unpleasant experience bearable.
I received an Emergency Room charge that is based on pure waste, fraud, and abuse. The fee does not include fees for any services rendered. I was victim of healthcare providers who intentional performed unnecessary procedures and tests and took advantage of me in a vulnerable situation in the ER. The staff is guilty of upcoding, billling for more procedures than were necessary and not needed for the diagnosis. The coder deliberately charged for a more serious condition than I actually had.
