Breast imaging is fine but knee MRI was supposed to be with contrast and both knees. Took time off work and drove over an hour, after reschedule for contrast MRI. I get there and was told they only had time for one knee and the nurse for the contrast was not available. This was late November, my insurance was ending in December.

Staying at Memorial Hospital was sadly not a good experience. The Nursing Staff for the most part were all very caring, but the Dept itself was totally "understaffed" and it showed. I felt the lack of Care was do to Nursing Cutbacks. I felt sorry for them. It got so I felt guilty asking for Help...therefore setting off Alarms when I attempted to use the restroom by myself. This was an everyday issue for 5 out of my 7 day stay. The Nurse Call Button often took up to 20+min wait. Neither phone in my room worked, to call My Doc... read more

I understand we’re in a pandemic and the world is short staffed but to be this rude to your patients is unacceptable the receptionists talking out loud for the whole waiting to hear how a elderly woman crying about getting scans at a breast cancer facility “is just seeking attention” is just wrong this place really needs work on their receptionists staff attitude they were not friendly to me or my wife
