I have excellent PPO insurance, yet was billed nearly $1,500 for a 5-minute consult with no prior disclosure of costs. No one at either office could explain the charges, coordinate treatment, or review insurance benefits. Calls go nowhere, and I was simply given the runaround. Charges billed vs. customary fees: Code 99203: ~$122 customary, billed $539 Code 31231: $76–$298 customary, billed $953 As a surgeon myself, I know these fees and lack of support would never be sustainable in my own practice.
Been trying to get ultrasound appt for last two days and nothing

The entire process from the receptionist desk to the X-ray procedure was just exceptional. All the ladies were friendly, kind and very polite. I got the results immediately, while I was still getting dressed. I am thankful for such a wonderful experience!
