I would give 0 stars if I could. Believe the bad reviews and expect even worse. If you need the ER in Santa Monica, go to UCLA. It's worth the extra time you may spend there to ACTUALLY get treated. I went into St John's ER on a Sunday night at 8:30pm due to severe muscle tension that refused to let go after every OTC treatment +muscle relaxers prescribed by Urgent Care. I would love to give them no star if it was a choice , That was the third time I was going to this terrible emergency, With no results and no help front desk, don’t have manners, Instead of seeing a doctor waiting in this terrible emergency room for so many hours they send a newborn PA who didn’t have any clue what she’s talking about I she gave me Augmentin, but said don’t use it just have it, And no testing just talking to me five minutes in a rush and sent me home with so much pain, Please be aware Horrible (“nonemergency... read more

Came in on a late Friday night with little to no wait time. I was seen, diagnosed, and treated quickly by the attending, Sofia, and night nurse, Gabby. Both took the time to explain everything clearly and were very compassionate, making sure I was always informed. I’ve had my share of awful ER visits, but these incredible women made a super stressful situation more manageable.
