Tried to schedule a medical exam a few times today. Their lines were busy so I decided to call later. I wanted to speak to a person. The lat call I made said that the scheduling department was closed. They close at 5pm. It was 4pm when I called. This is ridiculous, I called an hour before they were suppose to close. It won’t let me give a zero.
