Waited 5 hours for them to not even do the most basic checks for my feverish baby. I called Triage the next day and they couldn’t believe they didn’t do the checks, for example, looking inside his throat, ears, nose. They also told us several times it was going to be ‘not much longer’ and there we were, several hours later. Do not recommend at all.

Good luck getting help from anyone at the front desk if need to call to figure out where your prescription was sent! My husband was in a motorcycle crash and I was told his prescription was sent to rite aide and they said which one. It is not there. I called, like I have previous times for my husband and their very RUDE and unprofessional receptionist, her name is Crystal, answered and made it very clear she would not be helping me. Their lack of professionalism and care is ridiculous!

Took son in for pain in head, vision problems, dizziness etc. after almost 5 hours waiting and sitting across from a person puking violently we asked how much longer. Was told at least 7 more hours. Decided to leave. Asked to have the needle removed so we could leave and the nurse ripped the needle out. Put same band aid back and said we could go. Nurse missed the hole which was bleeding all over his hand. I Had to wad tissue up and redress wound.
