IF YOU HAVE HEART ATTACK SYMPTOMS DO NOT GO HERE Nurse Katie K RN was dismissive and rude, barely communicative or attentive to concerns, and had the most lack of empathy I have have ever seen in healthcare. I’ve been sitting here for 3 almost 4 hours now. Not seen. Just waiting it’s 10:30 at night and I have work tomorrow at 8:45. Waiting and waiting. And still no one I would not recommend coming here. It’s terrible
They need to hire better nurses that, truly care for their patient. Most of the nurses seem like they hate their job.
A great experience here.....fortunately arrived in the morning (I hear typically not as busy). All the staff were great. A wait, as expected as there's other folks in/coming in who are higher priority...But wait wasn't crazy. Was also a good reminder of what the people who work here have to be around and put enough with while trying to care for everyone.
I asked specifically multiple times with multiple staff for help with a family member to get a social worker a week ago Thursday. They gave the family member an iv with saline and released them. Two stars for preventing dehydration. Want three more stars? Prevent the ER visit today that was a psychiatric event.
