Would rate 0 stars if I could. Was left sitting up on an unstable spine in agonizing pain for 6 hours, and ignored completely. Besides 2 nurses, had the rudest treatment ever and the doctor was dismissive and awful. One of the worst ER experiences ive ever had.
Lack of privacy in the ER is astounding. I shouldn’t know or hear a person’s diagnosis while sitting waiting. Not to mention they use people’s full names at times and wait time. 5 hrs and counting, just had labs finally done. Tried going to urgent care to avoid this mess but with symptoms severe we were sent ER. Seems very insufficient treating people in a waiting room. Our health care should be better.
Second star is for the Nurses. They were so nice. I’m shocked how full this place is. I brought my elderly mom in for a metal health emergency, needing an evaluation for grave disability. Arrived at 1245, they are drawing blood and taking vitals in the waiting room. Staff is doing what they can but the lady next to me has been having chest pains and has been here since 1000!
7in laceration on left wrist. Bleeding through bandages. Cold fingers. 3 hours in waiting room. Left without being seen..
