Took my wife into the ER around noon and still waiting to be seen at 8:20 pm. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. One star is generous. Nice people but only one doctor working in the ER is absolutely ridiculous for this facility in this town that serves a large surrounding area.

I was given a downplayed description of my injuries and didn't learn of their full exte... read more

I've read quite a few of the one star complaints, and Im pretty sure a bunch of them are absolute lies. I was in Sacred Heart at the end of March for a burst fracture of one of my vertebrae. I was in the ER for quite some time after being helicoptered in, but to be fair the ER was jam packed full of people being helped. Once I was seen by the surgeon I was immediately taken care of, the surgery was quick and they were able to give me the use of my left leg back. During the days that followed I was extremely well taken care o... read more
