I came to Providence Physical Therapy after having suffered with a frozen shoulder (adhesive capsulitis) for 3 years. My range of motion was severely limited in all areas, I could only lift my arm to 90 degrees from my body. My team comprised of Taylor and Katie. They were very knowledgeable and kind. Excellent therapists, great at explaining things to you. Machines and non machine therapy as needed. Comfortable and caring facility.
They are the worst to deal with, they set you up with a therapist that takes weeks because they're so busy, once there, they shuffle you from one therapist to another, without asking you your opinion, and when you do call them about it, the receptionist is kind of rude, claims to call you right back and you never hear from them again, unless you cancel your sessions on line then you get a very early morning call from your therapist Brad and he's completely rude like you questioned his lordship decision.
