Our experience with the enrollment/referral process for Queen of the Valley Acute Rehabilitation Center was extremely frustrating and disappointing. My wife was hospitalized with pneumococcal bacterial meningitis and, after progressing sufficiently, was supposed to transfer to Queen of the Valley for acute rehabilitation.
