This place is a joke! I've been trying to get a prescription filled since the end of September after a hospital stay. It is now the middle of November! I finally had to request a hard copy of the prescription to take to the pharmacy myself to have filled. The South office is a much better place to go.
I have been going to this office for several years and have always had an excellent experience and compassionate techs and doctors. They're very thorough and do everything they can to help you.

To be honest, I work in customer service so I know the level of patience required when dealing with patients/customers. The receptionists here are extremely short, passive aggressive and make you feel like just your call is an inconvenience, this is not just one time, I’ve been coming here for years, and have let it slide many times before. Do not get a job in customer service if you cannot handle doing your job. Do not expect a friendly encounter when dealing with scheduling/patient questions.
