Super long hold times when you call, sometimes the phones are just turned off. Very rude reception staff, not all but one is enough. Getting the form you needed, that you made an appointment for may take 10 days I’m told? Ha! The doctor filled it out wrong so that added on extra time. The cherry was the provider that made me fell very small. I’ve actually never had so many bad experiences
