Where to begin. First starters this location is booked out 4 plus months for a simple visit. I desperately needed a prescription that I've taken for years and since my appointment was 4.5 months out, they gave me a refil over the phone. My scripts are typically 100-200 tablets and they gave me 10.. it was a joke so I called back and they gave me another 10. Super long hold times when you call, sometimes the phones are just turned off. Very rude reception staff, not all but one is enough. Getting the form you needed, that you made an appointment for may take 10 days I’m told? Ha! The doctor filled it out wrong so that added on extra time. The cherry was the provider that made me fell very small. I’ve actually never had so many bad experiences
