I was extremely happy with the work Herring electric services technician provided. I had a kitchen sink faucet installed. He and his associate were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The cost was very reasonable. He is now my go-to person for plumbing and I highly recommend him to others.

My representative from Providence Plumbing & Water Heater Repair at the time promised. After explaining the cost of a water heater replacement, he proceeded to take care of the replacement. One hour later he was done, very clean install and left zero mess behind. He is a true professional and a great asset to the Focus team. Thank You for getting me back in business.

I called Providence Plumbing & Water Heater Repair at the end-of-day on Tuesday when I discovered my tank was leaking and had hot water restored within 24 hours. He called before his arrival and within the service window, and he was knowledgeable, professional, and efficient in replacing my hot water heater. Great customer service overall. Thank you!
