Lynette is absolutely wonderful. I bought my dress at another boutique in Dallas that didn’t steam it. Lynette gladly invited me to bring my dress to her. Not only did she steam my dress, but she also did my veil and had them done in less than a day.

After a horrific first try of dresses at another bridal store we called Providence to set up an appointment. The owner made sure to fit us in the next day and I found the dress of my dreams! I felt confident in every dress I tried on and felt at ease. She was absolutely amazing and I couldn’t be more grateful for a better second attempt at dress shopping and having such amazing help! I'm in a wheelchair and when I arrived, the woman looked visibly stunned that I was the one wanting a wedding dress. She was incredibly rude the entire time we were there and took me to show me the plus size dresses, despite not knowing my size. (I'm not plus size.) I have not experienced such terrible service at a bridal store before.

From the moment I reached out, I immediately started receiving excellent customer service. Lynette was very patient and kind in answering my questions. Karen took great care of my daughter‘s dress and is fabulous at her dress repair skills. We are incredibly happy about the entire process and especially the price. We highly recommend this business, they are the best!
