Do not recommend. I was met with a kind front, then Kristen was unresponsive with providing me information. I started this process with them November 28th 2026 and on Jan. 10th was promised a quote for my dress and the other add ons for the following week. I found myself constantly reaching out and calling… no response until the Feb 20th.. and they still couldn’t provide me details for what I needed. Lynette is absolutely wonderful. I bought my dress at another boutique in Dallas that didn’t steam it. Lynette gladly invited me to bring my dress to her. Not only did she steam my dress, but she also did my veil and had them done in less than a day.
First time dress shopping with my daughter. They were so helpful and kind. Very knowledgeable! Every bride should have this experience! Makes an appointment for the full experience!
After a horrific first try of dresses at another bridal store we called Providence to set up an appointment. The owner made sure to fit us in the next day and I found the dress of my dreams! I felt confident in every dress I tried on and felt at ease. She was absolutely amazing and I couldn’t be more grateful for a better second attempt at dress shopping and having such amazing help!
