I love this little bridal shop! I Could not have asked for a better experience! Kristin is the sweetest, and was so great to work with. I didn’t even have a photo of anything I wanted, so I just described a dress that I thought I would like she picked out a few (Which is great because I have a hard time making decision decisions) And they were all so great, and she found my dream wedding dress for me! Literally the best shopping experience for a bride in North Texas.
Providence Place bridal was the absolute best! I wouldn’t have found my wedding dress without them. It was the best experience I could’ve asked for. Kristen was very sweet and helped me out tremendously. I needed some alterations for my dress. Karen was very helpful in making my perfect dress. If you need anything bridal, this is the place to go!
Do not recommend. I was met with a kind front, then Kristen was unresponsive with providing me information. I started this process with them November 28th 2026 and on Jan. 10th was promised a quote for my dress and the other add ons for the following week. I found myself constantly reaching out and calling… no response until the Feb 20th.. and they still couldn’t provide me details for what I needed.
