I'm in a wheelchair and when I arrived, the woman looked visibly stunned that I was the one wanting a wedding dress. She was incredibly rude the entire time we were there and took me to show me the plus size dresses, despite not knowing my size. (I'm not plus size.) I have not experienced such terrible service at a bridal store before.
From the moment I reached out, I immediately started receiving excellent customer service. Lynette was very patient and kind in answering my questions. Karen took great care of my daughter‘s dress and is fabulous at her dress repair skills. We are incredibly happy about the entire process and especially the price. We highly recommend this business, they are the best!
Providence Place makes it so easy to find your dream dress- I found mine in less than 45 minutes! They have a cozy boutique atmosphere, meaning they have everything you could want without having to search through hundreds of racks. They were also helpful in setting up alterations through an outside vendor and helping with setting up cleaning/preserving the dress after.
Beautiful dress selection. Amazing service. Love love love!!!! Lynette knew what dress would fit me best the second I walked in, and she nailed it!!
RUDE!!! My daughter bought her dress there, and it is gorgeous! And the lady that helped us pick out and buy the dress last June was wonderful, but the lady that has helped us recently (the owner, I believe) has been so rude. When we went to try on/pick up her dress, it had makeup stains on it, and she tried to blame it on my daughter and was really rude about it. Then she was exceptionally rude again today when my daughter went to pick it up after they had it cleaned.
